Bringing a fresh approach to real estate in the Upstate, with his consumer friendly perspective, Dan Hamilton and his team have quickly become the choice for many to turn to for help when purchasing or selling homes in the Greenville area.

   

 

As the founder and Team Leader of Hamilton and Co. of Keller Williams Realty, Dan personally assembled this group of professionals who genuinely seek to meet the real estate needs of their clients.   Each team member of Hamilton and Co. specializes in a specific aspect of real estate.  By focusing on individual areas of expertise while working together as a team, Hamilton and Co. is able to deliver an unparalleled level of service to their clients.

 

 

 Dan is the host of My Greenville Home, a radio call-in program focused on Greenville area real estate that airs on the 2nd, 4th and 5th Saturday of each month at 11:30AM.  If you're in the Upstate South Carolina area, please tune into WMUU FM 94.5 and listen and call in.  Dan will cover topics such as preparing your home for sale, market trends and home buyer tips.

    Dan is a founding partner and is the Operating Principal of Keller Williams Realty Greenville-Upstate, one of the largest and fastest growing real estate brokerages in the Upstate.  He is also the founder and Team Leader of Hamilton and Co. of Keller Williams Realty. 

    A long time member of the Greenville community, Dan is passionate about serving and improving our community and to that end he currently serves or has served in the following capacities:  

     

      ·   South Carolina House of Representatives District 20

    ·     Board Member, Carolina Hope Christian Adoption Agency

    ·     Vice Chairman, Greenville County Redevelopment Authority

    ·     Director & Secretary/Treasurer, Greater Greenville  Association

           of REALTORS

    ·     Co-Chair, Greenville Workforce Housing Trust Fund Task Force

    ·     Chairman, Greenville Housing Fund   

     On November 4, 2008, Dan was elected to serve his community in the South Carolina House of Representatives.  Dan represents House District 20, which includes the Taylors area and parts of Greer and Greenville.

    Prior to starting his real estate business, Dan worked as Congressional Aide and political campaign consultant. Dan earned a B.S. in Organizational Communications and Political Science and graduated from the Wyatt Institute of Real Estate. When not working with clients, Dan loves to spend time with his family, travel, read, and play tennis.

    Matthew and his family have been part of the Greenville community for almost eight years and appreciate all that this community has to offer their growing family.  In his spare time Matthew enjoys spending time with family and friends and playing the keyboard for the music ministry of their church.

    Teresa and her family settled in Greenville after living in several states and other countries and immediately felt like they had come home. She has a deep appreciation for the unique charm and comfort that Greenville offers.

    As office manager of Hamilton and Co., Teresa utilizes a combination of experience in sales, office management and real estate to support our clients and the team members of Hamilton and Co.  She understands the excitement and anticipation, as well as the stresses and challenges when buying or selling a home and she works to ensure that the process is as stress free and enjoyable as possible for all involved.

    Brad was raised in Greenville and attended Wofford College in Spartanburg, where he graduated with a degree in Government. A licensed real estate agent since 2004, Brad has worked successfully with many clients in the Upstate to meet their real estate needs in buying and selling homes and businesses.

    In 2006 Brad joined Hamilton and Co. as Lead Buyer's Specialist, bringing with him an extensive knowledge of and appreciation for the Upstate. Working exclusively with buyer’s, he has a unique ability to match client’s needs to available properties and represents their interests at no cost to them.

    An avid sports fan and athlete, Brad enjoys spending his spare time watching or participating in local sporting events and entertaining clients at Greenville Drive games.

    Raised in the Upstate of South Carolina, Jordan currently lives in the historic Earle Street district of Greenville. He attended Spartanburg Technical College and Clemson University where he received a degree in computer science as well as graphic communications respectively.

    As a Buyer's Specialists for Hamilton and Co., Jordan  appreciates the resources provided by Keller Williams and finds his career to be very rewarding and fulfilling.  He takes great satisfaction in matching clients to their perfect home, whether it is their first home or the one they plan to retire in.

    A former Clemson “Tiger” mascot, and Greenville Drive mascot “Reedy Rip-It”, some of Jordan’s favorite pastimes are spending time with family and friends while watching Clemson Football and Greenville Drive baseball games.  He also enjoys wakeboarding on area lakes and takes pride in occasionally filling in as the Clemson "Tiger" for local social and children's events.
