Buyer Specialist

Inside Sales Specialist  --  Position Filled

Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for outbound telemarketing and follow up to all incoming leads to the Hamilton & Co. Team. Leads come from multiple channels including phone and internet. Applicant will be the first line of communication to incoming leads and will use our software and systems to proactively engage and develop relationships with home seekers to pass qualified buyers to the team Buyer Specialists.

As an Inside Sales Representative with the Hamilton & Co. Team, you will:

• Respond to email inquiries about our listings and relocation to Greenville
• Use our scripts and dialogues to make outbound phone calls to expired listings, for sale by owners and other targeted lists
• Set appointments for listing specialist and buyer specialists on the team
• Assist Listing and Buyer Specialists as needed
  

This position is hourly with production-based bonus compensation.
