“It’s the most wonderful time of the year”
As we wrap up 2021 and move into 2022 (seriously?) I wanted to take a minute to personally express my gratitude to you for your support of our team. Whether one of our team members assisted you in a purchase or sale of a property, you listened to our radio show or have referred a client to us, you have allowed us the opportunity to play a role in one of the most important decisions many of us make: where we chose to live.
I never imagined when I began my real estate career over 20 years ago I would have the opportunity to work with so many families, helping them through the home buying and selling process. Whether we helped you buy your first house or fifth, have helped you move multiple times or just offered some advice over the radio, it is an honor to have worked with you.
2021 was a record year for my team; we were able to assist over 240 families in the Upstate. While numbers are interesting to track, I never forget that behind each number is a family that trusted us to guide them through the buying their first home, selling their long time family home or buying that perfect piece of property to create a homestead. Every transaction has an important story…your story.
That’s why this is the most wonderful time of the year. We take the time to reflect on what was and imagine what will be. We take a moment to celebrate our clients’ successes in 2021 and learn how we can better serve you in 2022.
