Today on My Greenville Home Radio, Dan talks with Susan Dubose, owner of one of Greenville’s most popular home décor shops, Cottage Grove Vintage. Susan shares her take on home design trends, what makes Cottage Grove unique, and how you can make your house feel like a home.
According to Susan, “vintage” furniture is older pieces “from the last century,” but not antique. Antique items are much older and typically need to be examined for greater value. “Cottage Grove is ‘on-trend vintage,'” Susan explains, “We don’t just have anything old in our store, but items that have a certain look and carry meaning. Our products don’t just fill space – they provide joy to your family (or maybe just you!).”
Cottage Grove carries a variety of “on-trend vintage” for the furniture décor enthusiast, but the store also exists to provide inspiration and assist customers in restoring their own furniture. Susan and her talented team help you decide what you love about your home space and how to enhance it. New homes often feel cold and modern and vintage can help warm up a space.
