What should potential homebuyers be on the lookout for?
Buyers should always get a Wood Infestation Report (also known as a Termite Letter or a CL-100). This inspection is affordable and saves buyers a ton of money down the road.
How about homesellers?
The real estate market is cooling down and homes aren’t selling “as-is” as often. Sellers should be prepared to inspect their home prior to listing and be prepared for buyers to request updates. Tyler has an entire team dedicated to these inspections, working individually with each seller to make sure their home is ready to go!
