Shriners Children’s Turkey Trot Fun Walk + 5k
Come walk, trot or roll with us at the 2nd Annual Turkey Trot and Roll at the Trailblazer Park in Travelers Rest! Join your family, friends, and the community for a stroll around the track in our Family Fun Run/Walk. Throughout the morning, enjoy the fun activities and games provided on the lawn. This year we have added a 5k race that routes through the beautiful town of Travelers Rest and the widely known Swamp Rabbit Trail. We hope to see you there enjoying the fall festivities, basking in the crisp autumn air, and gathering for a great cause!
All proceeds from the Turkey Trot and Roll benefit Shriners Hospitals for Children — Greenville and support world-class treatment for over 85 different orthopedic conditions, regardless of a family’s ability to pay.

Static Air Show with Warbird Adventures
Free static air show and fun at the Greenville Downtown Airport Nov 13th and 14th.Warbird Adventures vintage aircraft flight school is giving the opportunity to see World War II aircraft up close and offering flights around Greenville for a fee. Check this off your bucket list because it is open to the public. Come see the amazing P40 Warhawk American Dream and the T-6 Texan planes. The PBY Catalina flying boat is scheduled to rides as well. There will also be historic military vehicles and a flea market from the MHCC Museum, a quick class about aviation from the Civil Air Patrol, and other hands on events from various vendors. A must see!!
